Our professional quantity surveying experience provides the competence necessary to discharge the role of the planning supervisor, as required by The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. We will advise on the legal duties of the client; advise on the competence and resources of the Designers and Principal Contractor; encourage designers to minimise hazards at design stage; establish communications between designers, and produce and maintain the Health and Safety Plan and File as appropriate.
