We recently completed the new headquarters building for Marlborough Stirling in Cheltenham, some 70,000 sq feet of office accommodation. We were appointed as project managers and design consultants, including identifying and negotiating the land sale with the Borough Council, and arranging all financial transactions with the appropriate funding agencies. Other projects and services include retail park developments, factory and retail units, office refurbishment, shopping centres, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, showrooms, motorway service stations.In many instances CCM acted as the co-ordinating consultant for these projects.
